Gives a great workout for your calves and thighs. Easy to fold, to save space, would recommend for part of your home workout.

I am really pleased with this it's just what I wanted. It is basic, but does the job. No adjustable resistance, but you can add ankle weights when using it, if you wanted. Great quality and value for money!
